It is difficult to get specific location addresses but these are the cities that do offer the ACT (based on information provided on the official site

The test dates are listed on the official sites and because they will change this is the best site. As far as I know test dates are harmonized with the US dates. However, just to give you the heads up test dates tend to be in these months. There are no registration dates or test dates in August.

​Registering for the ACT Test

To register for the ACT test, the best way is to do it online at the official ACT Exam page.​ You'll have to register for a new account and follow a rather cumbersome procedure but that's what they demand so do it patiently and carefully.

​Need an ACT Tutor in Ottawa and Gatineau

If you need a tutor, the important thing to do first is determine whether you really want to take the ACT. You should probably be interested in the sciences and also be aiming for  acceptance into aa US college or university. If this is the case, first try a few practice test sites recommended  in the Ottawa Tutor Page

​ACT Fees in Canada

If you take the ACT it includes English, math and reading sections, it will cost $68  US or about $95 Canadian  and they will provide the reports. If you do want to take the writing as well it will cost an extra $25 $68 US or about $93 Us or $130.  If you are using the science add-on fee it will be an extra $4. It is advisable if you are going into a science program, which is often the reason people take the ACT instead of SAT, it would be very advisable to have this add-on. This is a very reasonable fee but  to see if the fees I have described have changed or for the fees for late registration or refunds go to the official website under fees.

What is nice is that the reports that you may need to give to institutions are free.
