Paragon provides would-be test takers with an official website with some sample tests but you do have to pay for them.

Taking Classes

Taking CELPIP group classes is limited to one program in Ottawa by GEOS that stretches for 120 hours and cost an outrageous $2200. There are online programs by several organizations but the more reputable ones are offered by the offiical CELPIP organization itself. It has a CELPIP Speaking Pro Course that charges $25 for a 90 minute lesson with good advice, samples and explanations but no feedback avenues.
