CELPIP Locations in Ottawa East (Gloucester, Cumberland, Vanier & Rockcliffe)
There are two centers that run the CELPIP test in Ottawa but do not contact them for enquiries. I post them just for you to see where they are in case you have a location preference.

If you would prefer to do it at an alternative centre, check out the official CELPIP site for locations in Toronto and there is one in Montreal locations.
CELPIP does state that no inquiries should be made at individual testing centers and that instead you can either go to the official CELPIP site or at their Paragon office.
