One goal I set and accomplished was learning to cook three full meals from my country’s cuisine. Last year, I realized I depended too much on my mom for food. So I decided to learn one new dish every two weeks. I watched online videos and wrote down the ingredients. The first dish was rice with beans. I burned it twice! But I didn’t give up. After two months, I could cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner without help. The best part was surprising my mom with a complete dinner on her birthday. She was really happy. This goal taught me that small, consistent steps can lead to big results.
