I also have some external links to other sites such as the ETS student brochure  (pdf about the test) and prep practice (free planner by pdf) . YouTube sites such as TOEFLtv   (gives many YouTube videos on the TOEFL test), While you generally need to be careful, since many YouTube videos on TOEFL  are of questionable quality, Learn English with Rebecca and NoteFull TOEFL Mastery  are reasonable and offer some sample exams.
