Registering for TOEFL Online
The official page for locations, dates and times is the ETS Website and sign in as a new user. DO NOT attempt to register at the individual test centers. To know your different options for registering (eg online versus e-mail vs telephone) go to the ETS site under different registration options. . However it is not easy to access information on that site as you have to register first. You can go to dates directly but you need to sign up to see the exact locations (it only gives the cities).
