The nationwide fees for TOEIC seem to be: TOEIC 2 Skills (Listening & Reading)
Students $85 – $120
Other Candidates (Working Professionals, etc.) $100 – $150
TOEIC 2 Skills (Speaking & Writing)
All Candidates $120 – $180
