CAEL Exam Locations in West Ottawa
CAEL Test Locations
There is one location in Ottawa that runs the CAEL test but according to the official website it only runs the paper based test. I have posted the below address jut to show you where you will have to travel but do not contact Carleton University for registration. Do it all at the official website under registration, which is surprisingly difficult to find on the CAEL website

DO NOT contact Carleton University either by email or phone as it will just waste about 5 minutes of your life's precious time. I only post the address to show you where you will take the test but remeber the venue and the testing center are often different with standardized tests and CAEL is no exception
The only other option is to travel to Montreal

Before jumping to registration, do a practice test on the the official page for registrations which is on the right bottom corner or just go directly on this link to a free sample CAEL test. This will tell you whether you think this is a suitable test for you to take compared to IELTS, TOEFL, CanTEST, MELAB or Pearson (PTB).
