CELPIP™ Exam Locations in Ottawa
Officially, there are 5 locations that run CELPIP™ in Ottawa but often only 2 or 3 are administering them. It is important to note that CELPIP™ is very centralized and controlled by only one organization, Paragon Testing, which handles all registration. While this has its advantages in that there is only one source to do all your registration and the fees are the same at each center, it does also mean that, unlike IELTS where you could contact some of the centers directly, with CELPIP centers, they will not deal with any customer inquiries or registration applications. Instead they ask that all enquiries go through the Paragon Testing Office toll free at 1-800-958-5186 or email them at [email protected]. if you prefer writing to them on some issue directly, you should do so at the head office:

Register only at the official CELPIP website but make sure you know clearly which CELPIP™ test (General or L&S) you are taking. Remember the General test is for Permanent Residence status, while L&S is for Canadian Citizenship status.
