1. How long are the courses?
Course length can range greatly. We recommend that you leave yourself at least 2 months before taking the test. If you're registered for a test within a very short time, we can accommodate you. However, we recommend, in these cases, that you book more classes in a week.
2. Why can't I see profiles of tutors?
Many tutorial websites feature tutor profiles and keep these profiles up on their sites long after tutors have already left. We do communicate the credentials of a tutor to you before classes are booked. However, for the sake of privacy, acknowledging that many tutors may also be employed elsewhere, we've decided not to display tutor profiles on our website.
3. Can I get a discount for long term bookings?
Prices are fixed and non-negotiable for home and online tutoring, no matter how long or frequent the courses.
4. Can you guarantee that I pass? How much can I expect to increase?
We see countless learning centers and tutoring services guaranteeing pass marks. There is invariably no evidence that their so-called methods can guarantee a pass, relying on the reality that students who do not pass typically either do not enforce the guarantee out of embarrassment or often move onto another school. We do not engage in what we believe is the disreputable practice of 'guaranteeing a pass'. Your final score depends on your level, motivation, and level of English integration. What we absolutely guarantee is that the tutor will be professional, diligent and knowledgeable about the test and will work tirelessly to support you in your goals. If you've taken a test previously or have decided to take the initial benchmark exam, we can guarantee improvement.

Absolutely. If you have a place in mind, we can go there. If not, we can arrange to meet at a local community center or library.
