Obviously your first stop should be to exhaust all the free resources on the official site. The first place to look for the paper test is under Test Preparation and Sample Test and on your right you'll see free samples. You'll also see CAEL sample tests on their products page.
For the computer test, the official Website offers a sample test for it specifically.
it is very hard to find anything that is not associated with Paragon Testing, since they tightly control the flow of any mock exams but here is one from Academic Success Media. Another set of lectures which are not well recorded but do give good advice is a series put on by Academic Noon

You tube has a bit more to offer for various skills. Again, exhaust all the videos by the official test first. Trent University put on a series of lectures that you might find useful. A number of lectures, not well recorded, but still might be useful is from an organization called Academic Noon and the lectures are for Saudi students.
