CELPIP Exam Locations in Montreal
There are 4 current test locations in Montreal, one at Académie Linguistique Charlemagne (ALC), Concordia University, ILSC Montreal and Herzing College but if dates are full and you are in a hurry the best option is to check out what is available in Toronto or Ottawa. to see the exact addresses go to Ottawa CELPIP locations or Toronto CELPIP location and then follow the links out to the dates and times but to check availability, go to the official website.
Although I have given e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of each testing center, Paragaon Testing CELPIP requests you not to make any general inquiries to the individual testing centers and prefers you to go through their official CELPIP website. The centers just handle the administration of implementing the test and the facilities but not registration. Even if it is an issue specific to a testing center, it is best to start with the below contacts and then let them direct you to the specific center if necessary.

Special Accommodation
Generally you will be granted accommodations if you can show documentation. You need to download a Special Accommodations Request Form (PDF), which lists all its conditions.
You need to get a recent (within 5 years) medical report or letter from a medical professional. Send in the request and medical document together but separately attached. Do the request process early because in my experience they often come back to you with requests that you have actually already fulfilled.
