SAT exam preparation in West Ottawa is largely done by tutoring as classes are not quite as common as you might find in other areas. If you live in West ottawa have many self-study opportunities for SAT and taking the test is not far away but check carefully as to when they occur so you can plan accordingly.

Unfortunately you almost have to be reasonably certain of your career path and whether that includes going to a US university or college. Many colleges are starting to waive the SAT and if you are interested in a science career you can opt for the ACT test instead.

Outside of the Home Tutoring

Taking Classes
There are a growing number of learning centers that are offering SAT, given the popularity of applying for US universities among the immigrant community. The best two seem to be Toronto based school Prepskills offers SAT training at the the Ottawa Alta Vista Public library from October 1 - November 12 from 1-5pm for about $1600 and Ivy Global offers crash (24 hour course) for $950 and regular 32 hour programs for $1250.
Self-Study
Self-study resources are comparatively easy to find with SAT. There are countless numbers of SAT study guides in the public libraries in Ottawa and, if you feel like buying books one Chapters/Indigo carries the largest range of SAT books but they are not cheap. My suggestion is to find what you like and then see if it can be ordered on Amazon under 'SAT prep'.
