There is only one testing centre in Ottawa. THe ETS website doesnt give its name but from the address we know it is in Katana at . The TOEFL tests are run at the very same date throughout North America but it does not mean that every test centre holds tests on those times .

TOEFL Cost & Refunds
The TOEFL tests will cost you $245, which by comparison is about $50 cheaper than the IELTS test. You can cancel if your test is not less than 4 days away but f you will only receive a refund of half the original test fee you paid. Refunds are in U.S. dollars. Cash refunds are not available.
