TPS - Finding an SAT Tutor in Gatineau
For those who worry that they may have to travel all the way to Ottawa to do a tutorial for SAT, relax. It is very possible to get tutoring right at your home or in the library near your home. That`s not the hard part. Tutorials save you time and ultimately money.
What is much harder is making sure that...
1) You really need the test. SAT test is not cheap and takes a lot of work. Is a US university or college really the best choice for your career path.In fact, many US colleges are now dropping the SAT requirement or offering the alternative of ACT instead. If you have chosen a career path find out if a US university really helps move it in the best direction. Many employers just do not care that much where you get your undergraduate degree.
2) You are committed to the hard work and time commitments. Chances are that you are already quite busy with your studies in high school. However, scoring well on SAT takes time commitment. Which day(s) are suitable for you and what time frame are you going to allow?
3) You know yourself with respect to English and the test. What areas give you most trouble in English and then with the SAT? Have you tried researching the SAT on our TPS SAT site or done a few of the test samples recommended by TPS? If you can communicate this to the tutor that will help him or her to design the most effective program
