Although the OLBI does mention in its annual report that it is a test center for TOEIC, it is not currently listing dates and is not listed under ETS Canada for 2018. I post the address below to let you know exactly how to get there once dates do open up but do not attempt to contact the center to register. Always do your registering at the official ETS website.
