TPS- Find an IELTS Tutor in Montreal
There are many IELTS classes now being offered in Montreal, and yet the demand for home and online tutors remains strong. Why?
Many students feel that group classes waste their time and money. We all have skills and strategies that need individual attention. No two learners are ever the same in terms of strengths, weaknesses, level, and learning style. Ultimately, many students feel that taking classes, even in very reputable institutions, does not address their concerns. Studying with a tutor in your home is more convenient and efficient.

Before you find a time ...
You need to settle a number of issues before finding a tutor.
1. Is it necessary for me to take IELTS?
There are other alternatives to IELTS in almost every situation. For example, most universities offer a choice between IELTS, CAEL, TOEFL, Duolingo and PTE. The immigration test accepts CELPIP. Moreover, Concordia and McGill are now accepting certificates for programs you can take in the university. The important thing is not to assume that IELTS is the only option. Check out our IELTS site - it has an extensive discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of the IELTS test.
2. Which areas do I need the most work on?
If you do not know the answer to this question, try taking an IELTS sample test. What you thought were your weaknesses might actually be strengths. Test band scores are displayed on our IELTS Exam page
3. Do I know this test well?
If you have taken classes before than you probably do, but if you have not, research the test by going to the TPS IELTS page. You can also take a practice test from IELTS IDP
