There are officially four centers that run the CELPIP™ test in Calgary but it seems like only the Calgary Learning Institute and BITTS Testing Service are running them right now. This will likely change soon. Do not contact them directly for enquiries. I post them just for you to see where they are in case you have a location preference. The proper course of action to register is to go through the official CELPIP booking site. Unlike IELTS, CELPIP™ fees are standardized throughout all centers within Canada so this is not an issue for comparisonbut beyond the $280 for the General Test and $195 for the Listening & Speaking Test you do need to pay the sales tax.

Special Needs Accommodation
If you have a particular issue that you think needs accommodating, CELPIP can adjust the test. For example, if you are dyslexic or hard of hearing, you can request accommodation through CELPIP. Read through the steps from the official site. There are an amazing number of documents and steps you must follow. To ensure you don't miss a step, create a checklist of things you must do for your request and show your doctor the requirements so you do not waste time going back and forth to your doctor with requirements.
