TOEFL Registration Dates
TOEFL is run at the very same date throughout North America but not every centre runs the tests on every date. To register, you must go to the official ETS site. (you need to sign up to see the exact locations but they are posted on my test locations site)

How much in TOEFL?
The TOEFL test costs a standard $245, cheaper than both CELPIP and IELTS. To check this price to see that it has not risen go to the ETS site under fees. Make sure that you are aware of their policies for any cancellations or changes as it can be annoying when you need to change but find it is too late for a refund.
Appeals of the TOEFL Exam.
You can have your TOEFL test reevaluated like with other standardized tests. However, there is a procedure to follow. You must do it within 30 days after the test. You can get the speaking or writing section only reviewed ($80) or you can get them both reviewed ($160). It can go higher or lower and if it changes you will be reimbursed.

Special Accommodation
The ETS will accommodate special needs but one gets the impression that they make it as difficult as possible. True to form ETS has made it is a cumbersome process that involves a number of forms and procedures. Basically you need to contact the ETS Disability Service and submit the request before you register because, as it says, if you request accommodations, you cannot register using the online registration system.
